Our client is a Berlin-based product development studio working on products to help companies innovating on their products and services. The team works in agile, multi-disciplinary teams which helps solve business problems for its clients by building the right product. 

Requirements
  • Mission – Your approach is user-centric, and you are passionate about digital products that please their users. You have a deep understanding of software development to build products with outstanding user experience.
  • Business Value – You understand the product vision and the needs of the users and can implement and address these in a targeted manner. You understand technical and business KPI and aim at always improving the products in that system of values.

Profile
  • You have a minimum of ten years of experience in relevant fields and you love to code.
  • You have advanced knowledge in JavaScript and are familiar with modern JS libraries like React, React Native, and node.js, or similar fullstack technologies like e.g. Python/Django
  • You bring the right mind-set for DevOps, know the processes and master tools like GitLab CI, docker, Kubernetes to automate deployments and continuously deliver value to your users.
  • You are a team player, are open-minded, and are highly engaged and invested. You love to learn and try-out new technologies.
  • You are aware of your role as a Senior Developer and, if needed, mentor and support Junior Developers.
  • Your mindset follows the principles of lean and agile development and you are comfortable with applying your variety of structured methods to product development.
  • You had your share of setbacks and know how to be persistent to complete the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
  • We consider any failed start-up experience as an asset.
  • You have a very good language proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Credit Analyst Specialist (Frankfurt)

Description

Join a multinational investment company based with a flat hierarchical structure offering reward based on your performance. As a Credit Analyst Specialist, you will work on challenging cases and assist directly the Fund Managers during the investment process.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, notes to accounts, and financial ratios accurately and in a timely manner
  • Producing accurate and timely credit rating analyses on the basis of financial spreads, market data analyses, peer analyses, cash flow models, and forecasts
  • Presenting counterparty ratings at rating committee meetings
  • Ongoing monitoring of assigned portfolios as well as market and industry developments
  • Developing and applying relevant sector and country expertise
  • Supporting team heads on assignments and liaising with colleagues from various departments
Profile
  • A bank apprenticeship or a university degree, additional professionally relevant qualifications such as M.Sc., MA, MBA, CA, CFA, etc. desirable
  • First relevant finance experience will be essential
  • Knowledge of financial markets and economic as well as industry trends
  • Ideally: a strong accounting background, familiar with financial ratios and financial statement analyses
  • Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinker, who takes the initiative and comes up with new ideas
  • Excellent organizational, time management, administrative, and multitasking skills
  • Able to see both the big picture and the detail
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) is essential, complemented by knowledge of at least one additional European (Italian, Spanish, French or Dutch) /Asian (Chinese, Korean or Japanese) language – multilingual skills are an advantage
  • Team spirit and the ability to foster it
